About Us

Kemuel Mills started in the construction industry in 2001 working for a production builder in West Palm Beach, Florida where he truly started from the bottom of the ladder. He began his career by cleaning job sites, which is where he learned the basic lessons of building. His drive and ambition led him to continuously learn and gather knowledge about the industry, but it was through his hard work he progressed his way up the ranks.

Several years later, he branched out and started building his own homes throughout West Palm Beach and Miami. While working on his own, he found his passion for design, which allowed him to increase the size and caliber of his projects over time. Through this experience, he realized that creating a product that stood out from his competitors was the direction that he wanted to pursue.

Knowing there was a cap on his designs and building in the area, he decided to move into the luxury home market in Florida where his building philosophies would be able to flourish. This led him to opening Mills Managment and Construction where he spent over a decade working for some of Florida's most meticulous clientele. His talent and experience paired with his hands-on approach to each project and constant communication with clients is what sets him apart from other builders.

Kemuel believes that building and designing are intricately intertwined. This is why he works with similar-minded architects, designers, and subcontractors that make the process seamless for our clients. His love for Construction Science combined with his constant research of new methods and innovative technology are essential during the Architectural Design phase where input on the construction and layout of the project is most effective.
